send the routines earlier in the morning.
I would like if you could send the routines earlier in the morning because I want to do them first thing, but I am in class or work by the time they are sent to me.

With the current, simplistic approach we have taken with RA there is no ‘good’ way for us to alter email delivery at this time. However, we hope to allow people to choose their own delivery schedule as opposed to our own set schedule in the not to distant future.
