I suggest you ...

Headings for different areas of abs

Have headings for groups of ab exercises - "Upper Abs", "Obliques", "Lower Abs", etc so that we know we are getting a balanced work-out, exercising each major part of the abs.

This is a very good idea. The only problem is that since the routines are randomly generated each day, there may be imbalances from day-to-day. If you are hoping for a balance on consecutive days, that is unlikely to happen. But, a balance should be accomplished over time by probability. We agree that it may be interesting for people to see where emphasis is, if not balanced, and will look into this idea for further consideration. It is very likely to be a future enhancement.

Wow, thanks for the quick reply.

I am not hoping for balance on consecutive days, for that would involve a training schedule, and thus become too complicated.

But I think it would be highly beneficial for readers to know what area of the abs specific exercises target.

        Thank you!
