Would LOVE a community feature on RA! Although this may take additional time, we would like to add this feature sometime after the next upgrade of the site. Our user base it becoming substantial enough to make this viable, so it will happen sooner if not a little later.

Provide a list of available equipment
So users can check off what is available to them, and generated workouts can include exercises featuring the equipment.

We are hoping to incorporate this as well into the next update of our website. Our hope to make things very customizable for each individual.

different levels generated, not just one over all one? ie easy medium and badass
just so people who are new to randomabs can ease in and people who have core strength and experiance are still challenged

Send out earlier in the morning!
I'm not sure where you are in the world, but I don't get this email until around 9ish. I would just be nice yo have early so I can wake right up and do them before work instead of having to hold off. Love the site. It's forced me into doing ab exercises.

create an iPhone app
simple as it sounds. I currently have this booked marked on my homescreen. with the app you can have hundreds of random routines where ever you are.

This is definitely one of our priorities and are in discussions at this time to move forward on an iPhone app.

We want to see this become a feature in the future for sure. Since the timing is yet unknown, we will keep it under review for now.

Completion Button
I suggest you have a button you can click when you've completed a workout. That way you can go back and see a calendar or a visual representation of the days you've completed the random abs workout.

You will be happy to know that this is a feature we plan to incorporate into the next major site upgrade :)

Headings for different areas of abs
Have headings for groups of ab exercises - "Upper Abs", "Obliques", "Lower Abs", etc so that we know we are getting a balanced work-out, exercising each major part of the abs.

This is a very good idea. The only problem is that since the routines are randomly generated each day, there may be imbalances from day-to-day. If you are hoping for a balance on consecutive days, that is unlikely to happen. But, a balance should be accomplished over time by probability. We agree that it may be interesting for people to see where emphasis is, if not balanced, and will look into this idea for further consideration. It is very likely to be a future enhancement.

Adding an Speaker who lead the exercice
who counts:
now side jackknife 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 4 and now the other side ... 1 ... 2 ... 3 ... 4 ... now do a break ... ... ok go on! ..........so you don´t need to count by yourself, and get a constant speed (maybe justable)

Thank you for the great idea! The next upgrade of RA is already planning to have something along these lines as an optional way to be led through the routine.
Our plans do not include every rep being counted out (it would be more simple guidance), but we like the thought an will consider it as another option for customization.

Develop an Android application, in addition to the iPhone application, with similar utilities
Self-explanatory; it would be great if you could consider the many android users who love random abs, in addition to the iPhone users!

send the routines earlier in the morning.
I would like if you could send the routines earlier in the morning because I want to do them first thing, but I am in class or work by the time they are sent to me.

With the current, simplistic approach we have taken with RA there is no ‘good’ way for us to alter email delivery at this time. However, we hope to allow people to choose their own delivery schedule as opposed to our own set schedule in the not to distant future.

make the descriptions of the exercise a roll over feature instead of clicking a new pop-up
quicker feature - less time spent clicking

Each day offer a novice, intermediate, and advanced workout routine
Many of us fall into one of these three categories, and it would be great to have options for those of us who are looking for more/less challenging workouts!

Provide alternative exercises for the ones in the daily routine.
Something in the lines of "Change this specific exercise for a new random one." There are some exercises I can't do. It would be nice to have the whole routine with exercises I can do. If not generated automatically, with the help of a little user input =]

This is a GREAT idea! In fact, this has been where Random Abs has been heading since inception. It will be included in the next major redesign of the site to allow people to have this handled automatically, but we may add a “user input” feature in a manual way well before then.
In the mean time, you can choose “Get a different routine” under the daily routine. You can generate as many random routines as you like until one gets assembled to your liking. (this is where the user input will be helpful so you don’t have to click through a bunch of routines :)
